PAYMENT
We accept cash payment in LKR, Euros or Dollars and all major credit and debit cards except American Express. Credit and debit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.
HOUSE RULES
° OASIA is a guests only property.
° Since we live in the jungle, please do not feed any kind of animals and always have your balcony doors closed when you are not in the room.
° Please do not bring any fresh food to your room since it can attracts ants and other insects.
° Please take care of your valuables. We take no responsibility for any items gone missing.
° Please respect the other guests and behave quiet after 10 PM.
° Pool hours: 8 AM to 10 PM.
° Please use our pool towels only for the pool and do not take them to the beach.
° Please turn off A/C and lights when you leave your room.
° We have a 0 tolerance policy towards any acts of discrimination, homophobia and racism. A violation of this rule results in the immediate termination of the offender’s stay without receiving any refund.

SURF & YOGA
SURF LESSONS (7000 LKR)
We offer surf lessons from Monday to Sunday for beginners and beginner to intermediates. A lesson lasts 90 minutes. The price includes the surf board, leash, rash guard and transport to and from the surf spot. For intermediate lessons please contact us on Whatsapp +94703230894.
YOGA CLASSES (3000 LKR)
We offer yoga classes from Monday to Saturday. A yoga lesson is 60 min. and takes place on our rooftop.

NEED A SURFBOARD?
For surfboard rental we recommend “Ride a Wave” surf school at Weligama beach.
NEED A SCOOTER?
We don’t do scooter rental, but you can easily find scooter rental close to Cargills Food City on Matara Road.
Attention: In Sri Lanka the police is very strict and controls on multiple spots every day. Therefore we advise to only rent a scooter if you are carrying a valid international motorbike license (license A) with you. Otherwise you risk getting high fines. Also Sri Lanka has a 0‰ alcohol policy when driving.
